Today, twenty-six sweet, talkative children entered my classroom...some still in a summertime daze and others with arms waving in the air asking "What are we doing next?" at ten minute intervals. Before I know it, they will have grabbed ahold of my heart strings...and probably my last good nerve in the process. Here's to another group of fabulous third graders!!
While I was busy shaping the minds of our future leaders, Maggie entered her second week of daycare. Despite a few tears last week, she is loving life with Ms. Theresa. There are two other teachers' babies there as well (baby boom at our school last year!) so it's been like a field day everyday for Miss Maggles.
